Dirt 3 Performance

Publisher: Codemasters

As a driving game Dirt 3 provides a nice change of pace from the FPS games that we most commonly benchmark with. It also makes use of DirectX 11 features such as tessellation, meaning it can be challenging to run on low end hardware.

For testing we used the built in benchmarking tool, running the default Norway rally stage at low settings without AA. This test is repeated three times and the average taken, discarding anomalous results as appropriate.
